"My favorite part about the author visit was how enthusiastic Mark Cheverton was, and learning about how he became an author. He talked about perseverance and how he persevered through the tough times in his life." said fifth grade student Hari Patel when asked to reflect on the visit.

One of the highlights of the event was Cheverton's latest book, "Facing the Beast Within," a gripping tale that captivated readers with its suspenseful storyline and relatable characters.
