South Colonie Central School District News

iCARE Collecting Items For Colonie Fire Victims

On March2, a couple Colonie families were affected by a tragic fire that consumed their home and all of their belongings.  We are doing what we can to provide support from the Raider Trader Closet, but again this is a total loss scenario.

The American Red Cross is stepping up to help but nothing reflects the values of Colonie then rallied community support.  If there is anything you can do to support these families, I'm sure it would mean the world to both the parents and children.

Family 2 - (Father, mother, 2 brothers) Many of these items can be duplicated as the boys and father share the same sizes

Donations can be brought to the Colonie Central High School Main Office, Senior Office or Counselor Kerri Audino's office.  The iCARE kids will collect and sort as needed.  Anything you can do will make a huge difference in their lives.  This certainly is a tragedy no family should have to suffer through alone.

Thank you,

The iCARE Team
