Saddlewood Cares With Help From Sand Creek Seventh Graders
Saddlewood Elementary School students worked with a group of seventh graders from Sand Creek Middle School on a service learning project to help people struggling to get by in life.
The students worked together making plastic sleeping mats, a project that supports the district-wide iCare theme of helping those struggling with poverty. It was a great day and a fun activity that showed the students what a big difference even the smallest of acts can make.
