Medical Clearance
- Aktivate opens up for Medical Clearance on Monday, February 17, 2025
- Aktivate closes - Friday, March 14th for Varsity, JV and Freshman teams
- Private Physicals (aka sports physicals) must be dated on or after March 1, 2024 to be eligible for Spring medical clearance. The required NYS physical form can be found here. This form must be uploaded into Aktivate upon registering.

- APP Testing (recommended 7th and 8th graders only) - will take place (March 4th). Students should bring signed parent permission and score forms from this webpage with them to testing.
**Students MUST be recommended by coaching staff to be tested and potentially tryout for a Freshman/JV or Varsity team**
