The South Colonie Central School District will conduct its annual "Go Home Early Drill" on Thursday, October 10, and there will be no school for students on Friday, October 11.

Go Home Early Drill on Thursday, October 10

As part of our Emergency Management Plan, the district will dismiss students 15 minutes early on Thursday, October 10. This drill, required by the New York State Education Department, tests the effectiveness of our transportation and communication systems during an emergency.

Copies of the Emergency Management Plan are available at the Principal's Office in each school and at the District Office, 102 Loralee Drive, Albany.

No School on Friday, October 11

Please note, there will be no school for students in grades UPK-12 on Friday, October 11, due to a scheduled professional development day for staff.
