Lisha Kill Middle School students show creativity and Pack Pride with logo design project
Over the past few weeks, Lisha Kill Middle School’s 6th grade computer education class had taken on an exciting project to create their own versions of the school’s Wolf Pack logos by utilizing tools available to them in Google Drawing applications. The aim of this project was to give students the chance to showcase their design talents and further connect with the new Wolf Pack identity. The project led to a variety of creative designs that reflect both individuality and community spirit.
“Each student crafted a unique logo, reflecting their personal style while still capturing the unity and pride of our Wolf Pack community”, said teacher Liz Bell. “The designs were not duplicated in any way, but drawn individually using tools in Google Drawing, as an added challenge for students.”
To celebrate their achievements, students gathered in the library for a surprise event where their designs were printed out and awarded to them. As an extra special surprise for students, South Colonie’s wolf mascot made a guest appearance to congratulate students for a job well done!
