Calling all parents/guardians! The Sand Creek Middle School PTA is excited to announce that it has received a grant to host an Internet Safety Night, open to parents/guardians across the district.

Join us for the Be Internet Awesome Workshop on Wednesday, April 9, 2025, at Sand Creek Middle School in the Forum. The evening will kick off at 5:15 p.m. with pizza, followed by a 6:00 p.m. presentation by C. Ariel Pinto, Chair & Professor of the Cybersecurity Department and Director of the Cyber Cascade Risk Lab at the University of Albany, SUNY.

During this engaging event, parents and caregivers will learn practical strategies to keep their families smart, alert, strong, kind, and brave online.

• Time: 5:15 p.m. Pizza, 6 p.m. Presentation
• Audience: The presentation is for adults only
• Childcare: Provided in the cafeteria for those attending the event
